CHELSEA fans react to Thomas Tuchel’s post-match interview after his Bayern Munich side defeated Borussia Dortmund 4-2.

Blues fans have compared her old manager’s comments to those of her current boss, Graham Potter.

Bayern rampaged against their title rivals to take the top of the table.

The result came after Chelsea lost 2-0 at home to Aston Villa, meaning they now sit in the bottom half of the Premier League table.

After the game, Tuchel was in the media and demanded more from his team despite the excellent result.

He said: “After 4-0 I would have wished for more dominance and fewer mistakes. We lost the ball too many times.

“We could have shot more. The two goals we conceded are annoying – there is still room for improvement. Same thing for everyone.”

Chelsea fans couldn’t help but take to social media to reveal that they weren’t happy with the Bayern manager’s comments.

One said: “I wish he’d stayed unemployed for a little longer, that kind of stuff just rubs salt in the wound.”

Another simply said, “Pain.”

Others felt that Tuchel’s comments highlighted Potter’s shortcomings as Chelsea boss.

A fan drew a harsh comparison between the two managers.

They said: “Potter says that losing 2-0 at home to a far inferior side is ‘a result we have to accept, the lads gave it their all’. Elite vs substitute gymnastics teacher.”

Chelsea are now 11th in the league and have just 38 points.

The weekend’s results confirm that they are mathematically no longer able to finish above London rivals Arsenal with ten games still to play.
