Chelsea could wear ‘peace’ in front of shirt to replace Ba after £120m sponsorship was canceled as Tuchel hints at a change

CHELSEA manager Thomas Tuchel would be delighted if the club displayed a message of peace on the front of their jerseys.
Mobile phone company Three has suspended shirt sponsorship with the club and asked for their logo to be removed.

The logo still appears on the front of the shirt for Thursday’s 3-1 win over Norwich but it will be removed before Sunday’s home game against Newcastle.
Tuchel was asked whether a message of peace should appear in its place.
“We can always carry a message for peace,” he said. It can never be a false message.
“When it’s a big storm, you dig in, you pull together, you stay strong and get through it. But a message for peace can never go wrong.”
Financially, Chelsea will be hit hard with a host of sponsors all wanting to end their partnership with the club.
Hyundai and Zapp are likely to join Three in pulling out of his contract with the Blues after club owner Roman Abramovich was punished.
The Blues have been blocked from selling tickets for home and away matches and merchandise sales have also been halted due to Abramovich’s obstruction.
