A chef has been charged with impersonating a police officer to kidnap a teenage woman.

David Younger, 32, will seem at Brighton Magistrates Court on Saturday over an incident through which a 14-year-old woman was approached on her method to faculty in Crawley on Wednesday.

The teenager reported being approached by a person sporting a hi-viz jacket who led her away from the street within the city’s Three Bridges space. He’s then alleged to have searched her earlier than leaving on a bicycle.
