In the picture, Jenelle stood in front of a wooden door and posed for the camera.

The 31-year-old had her dark hair pulled up in a center part and kept her glasses on for the photo.

Wearing only bright red lingerie, Jenelle showed lots of skin in the sensual image.

Her red panties had a thin strap that showed off her hips and stomach to the fullest.

The sight of her smoking worried fans, especially given her ongoing respiratory issues.
