Implant waviness usually refers to the creases and wrinkles of the implant that are visible on the skin.
This occurs in women who have had breast surgery involving saline or silicone breast implants and usually develops on the outer circumference of the breasts.

Khloe admitted to considering breast implants as she joined her family and waited backstage for a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live.
While waiting for the show to start, Khloe sat on a stool and rocked in a tight, strapless pink dress that showcased her breasts.
The Hulu star cupped her breasts with her hands and commented on how she felt in the form-fitting outfit.
“It’s what I want all the time. I’ll have a consultation soon,” Khloe announced.

Her mother, Kris Jenner, 66, heard her remark from her glamorous chair and asked what the advice would be for.
“Chi-chis,” Khloe replied, referring to her breasts.
Kris immediately shut down her daughter’s plans and replied, “No.”

But Kris still didn’t want the idea and snapped back, “No.”

During a confessional on her show, Khloe was talking off-camera with a producer who told her, “Um, you were juggling…” as Khloe tossed a small clear bag into the air.
The reality star replied, “These aren’t implants,” she said while crushing them with both hands.
“Boobs,” the producer replied.
“No, they’re like pens. That’s not soft. Touch that!” she said as she threw the producer an off-camera.
She continued, “This isn’t like silicone or anything. I do not know what that is. I think it’s just like a gel.”
The camera then cuts to her confessional, where she admits, “I’m not saying I want big ol’ jugs.
“I just want a handful or a sip, just a little fuller. It’s not porn over here.”
She also compared herself to her sisters, saying she wished for their “cleavage.”
