Chaos continues at Everton as Olivier Giroud turns them down AGAIN and fails last minute transfer offer for the AC Milan striker

EVERTON’s transfer chaos continued after they were reportedly turned down by France international Olivier Giroud in a last ditch attempt to sign a forward.
The Toffees were keen to add players to their squad to increase new boss Sean Dyche’s chances of keeping the Merseyside team going.

They are currently 19th and level on points with Southampton, who are bottom of the table.
A number of players have been linked to late moves at Goodison Park.
Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher and Hakim Ziyech, Southampton’s Che Adams and Rennes ace Kamaldeen Sulemana have all been in the news about potential transfers.
However, Everton failed to land any of their goals.
And former Arsenal and Chelsea striker Giroud, who now plays for Italian champions AC Milan, is the latest name to join Everton’s list of failed transfer targets.
Everton have offered the 36-year-old World Cup and Champions League winner just under £3million in wages until the end of the season, according to Calciomercato.
To avoid relegation, Giroud would also have had to pocket just under £2million.
He would then be earning a salary of £7.4million next season if Everton were still in the Premier League.

However, the player wasted very little time rejecting Everton’s proposal.
Due to the player’s lack of interest in returning to England, the Toffees didn’t even open talks with Milan.
Giroud has pledged to help Milan achieve the highest possible result this season.
