RXMuscle confirmed McMillan’s death in a post on Facebook, saying he will always be remembered for his “generosity to fans.”
“He devoted his time and energy to connecting and inspiring, fully aware of his position as a bodybuilding icon.” RXMuscle wrote.
“Cedric was an American hero who took pride in being an American and serving his country in our armed forces. We will never forget his service to our country.
“As a dedicated family man, Cedric has been a pure inspiration for bodybuilders and people to look up to. He will be greatly missed by all.”
