CALIFORNIANS could get another round of stimulus checks next year thanks to a 1970s tax ruling.

Checks will be sent to residents throughout December and next year, but it is not known at this time if there will be another payment.
However, a tax ruling from the 1970s could leave Americans receiving an increased cash payout by 2022, according to the report. The New York Times.
Voters in the state passed Proposition 13 in 1978 in which the limited property tax increased.
And, political activist Paul Gann proposes that if state spending is close to reaching a certain level, then officials will return the money to taxpayers.
This proposal later became law and is often referred to as the “Gann limit”.
Californians Can Get Another Stimulus Payment next year when the state budget surplus is projected to be around $31 billion.
Governor Newsom has pledged to promote “substantial” one-time investments in infrastructure.
“How we framed that historic surplus last year, similarly, we will frame our approach this year,” he said.

“I’m very proud of last year’s historic tax cut, and I look forward to making the decision that I think is in the best interest of 40 million Californians.”
Officials are in the process of being sent everywhere 803,000 stimulus checks for Californians.
The latest batch includes 800,000 paper checks and 3,000 direct deposit payments.
Direct deposits usually appear in a bank account within a few business days, while paper checks can take up to three weeks to arrive.
Once these payments have been exhausted, a total of 3.5 million GSS II checks and nearly 3.8 million GSS II direct deposit payments have been issued to date.
The 7.3 million payout is valued at more than $5.1 billion.
The California Franchise Tax Commission is expected to issue approximately 9 million underpayments stimulus program, meaning the remaining 1.7 million will be paid.
The paper check sent depends on the last three digits of the ZIP code on your tax return.
Californians are required to file their 2020 tax returns by October 15 to be eligible for checks.
Recipients must have an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of $1-$75,000 and they must have lived in the state for more than half of the 2020 tax year.
They must also be residents on the date the payment is issued.
A stimulus check cannot be claimed as a dependent by another taxpayer.
Checks are being sent to Americans in many cities and states in the near future Christmas.
Governor Janet Mills revealed last month that more than 500,000 yen Maine residents will receive a relief payment of $285.
Single taxpayers must earn less than $75,000 to qualify for a check. This threshold is under $150,000 for general miners.
Checks are expected to be delivered in installments and arrive by December 31, according to AS.
Residents of Seattle until November 15 to apply for stimulus payments worth up to $3,000.
About $16 million will be used to help low-income residents impacted by the pandemic.
Eligible recipients include those who cannot access state unemployment, do not have health insurance, and do not receive federal stimulus checks.
