Will there be any more Halo games?

The developers of the Halo franchise, 343 studios, have yet to announce if any more games will be released.

The latest title, Halo Infinite, has been delayed by more than a year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, among other factors.

It’s the campaign mode, following The Master Chief, which was released on December 8, 2021.

However, former Infinite director Chris Lee said that the title is intended to pave the way for future Halo games.

“Halo Infinite is the beginning of our future foundation,” he said.

“We wanted Infinite to evolve over time, instead of using those numbered titles and having all the niches we had before.

“It’s really about creating Halo Infinite as the beginning of the next 10 years for Halo and then building on that as we go along with our fans and community.”
