Burger King launches its own version of iconic discontinued McDonald’s meal that fans have been begging for

BURGER King has announced plans to launch its own version of the long-loved McDonald’s fan.
It is widely agreed that the Snack Wrap is the most missed McDonald’s discontinued product.

It consisted of grilled or fried chicken, salad, cheese and gravy, all wrapped in a tortilla.
Even if it hasn’t been on most menus since 2016, fans still have a great longing for the practical snack.
Burger King is trying to satisfy the cravings with their own wrap called the BK Royal Crispy Wrap.
Each wrap includes crispy white meat chicken, tomatoes and lettuce, all encased in a soft tortilla.

There are three options available; Classic, spicy and honey mustard.
“At Burger King, we’re no strangers to chicken innovation. We first introduced the BK Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich last August and our guests loved it so much we made it a snack-sized wrap version,” said Pat O’Toole, chief marketing officer of Burger King North America . in a press release.
“The BK Royal Crispy Wraps offer our guests a whole new way to enjoy our BK Royal Crispy Chicken without sacrificing quality ingredients, bold flavors and the ability to enjoy it your way.”
The wraps will be available in restaurants on August 14 and typically cost $2.99 each, though prices vary by location.
WRAP IT
Burger King isn’t the only restaurant to have capitalized on the snack wrap nostalgia.
Earlier this year, Wendy’s launched the Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap, which was nearly identical to the original Snack Wrap — featuring a warm tortilla filled with diced grilled chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh romaine lettuce, and a creamy ranch sauce.
Taco Bell also threw his hat in the ring with the Crispy Chicken Tacos.
Each taco is made with three crispy strips of chicken, tomato, lettuce, and cheddar cheese in a soft flour tortilla.
To top it off, guests can choose between the creamy Chipotle and Avocado Ranch flavors.
Customers can add guacamole, sour cream, and jalapenos for an additional fee.
Just like the Burger King wraps, these are only $2.99.
The tacos are usually available seasonally for a limited time.
Unfortunately for Taco Bell fans, a popular menu item has been discontinued.
Also, McDonald’s has cryptically announced a new menu item, and internet pundits are trying to figure out what that might be.
