The project is said to be playable for six to eight hours, all terrain Its been mapped out, quests work, NPCs will roam the map, and more, although it’s not yet in a convertible state. According to one developer, it will take about two or three years to ship.

Although in development and featuring gameplay systems that would later be used for games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 and Max Payne 3, Bully 2 was discontinued in 2009 and all members Its members have since moved on to work on other games being developed at the time, such as the aforementioned Max Payne 3.

The report also describes Rockstar’s workplace conditions, noting that, “While most developers speak affectionately and excitedly about their work on Bully 2, when it comes to projects like Max Payne 3 and Red Dead Redemption, their tone turns somber.” Several developers reported a large number of crashes, with one developer saying, “It’s time for you to leave, a lot of it’s just trying to get out without being harassed on your way out the door”.
