Budweiser features Clydesdale in its 2022 Super Bowl ad

ST. LOUIS – Budweiser’s 2022 Super Bowl ad, “Clydesdale’s Journey,” is out.

The trailer shows a minute after Budweiser Clydesdale’s recovery after he was injured trying to jump over a fence. Budweiser said this symbolizes “the resilience that the American people continue to show through difficult times.”

The two are seen tending to Clydesdale’s injured leg throughout the trailer. A dog is also close the whole time.

At the end of the trailer, Clydesdale is seen running at full speed again. The words, “In the house of the brave, never mean overtake,” shown on video of Clydesdale running.

The trailer was directed by Oscar-winning Chloé Zhao. She is known for “Nomadland” and “The Eternals.”
