Bruno Fernandes gives big hint about Cristiano Ronaldo’s future as Man Utd star amid sensational exit

BRUNO FERNANDES has tried to end speculation over Cristiano Ronaldo’s future by claiming the Portuguese will stay.
The 27-year-old Manchester United star revealed he last spoke to Ronaldo a few weeks ago but expects his team-mate to stay.

Fernandes believes CR7 will show up for pre-season training next Monday, suggesting the club don’t want to lose such a valuable player.
Ronaldo has been linked with a transfer after United failed to qualify for the Champions League.
But Fernandes downplayed the rumors, telling Record: “I spoke to him a couple of weeks ago – we’re both on holiday, nobody bothers friends on holiday.
“I hope to meet him on the fourth to train there [at Manchester United]I don’t expect more.

“There is nothing more, but everyone takes care of their future. I don’t think the club is ready to lose a player of Cristiano’s worth.”
United have told Ronaldo he will not be sold this summer but that hasn’t stopped clubs from showing interest in the forward.
And Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes has reportedly been in talks with clubs over a move between Sporting Lisbon and Chelsea.
Sports director Hugo Viana refused to rule out a change for Ronaldo – a transfer is possible if it is the superstar’s wish.

Mendes is also believed to have been in talks with new Chelsea owner Todd Boehly over a move – although it’s unclear if the Blues are targeting a transfer at this point.
Another interested party is FC Bayern Munich.
Roma, managed by Jose Mourinho, are also said to be following Ronaldo’s situation at United.
