BRUCE Willis has resurfaced in a new video on his wife’s Instagram.
This is one of the first times he has been seen since his aphasia diagnosis.
Bruce’s wife, Emma Heming Willis, 43, posted a video of the actor playing basketball on her Instagram.
He was in the video with three other people playing on a driveway.
The 67-year-old wore tan pants, a gray-green long-sleeved shirt and a blue baseball cap.
“I see you BeeDub,” she captioned the video.
A song played in the background as he dribbled the ball.
He was thrown the ball by someone else and then his friend tried to block it but he dunned the ball anyway.
Bruce appeared to be in good physical and health condition while playing.
His family announced earlier this year that he had been diagnosed with aphasia.
A LIFE CHANGING DIAGNOSIS
The Willis family broke news of his diagnosis in late March.
They also said he was quitting acting because of his “cognitive issues.”
His daughter Rumer Willis, 33, broke the news in an Instagram post
Alongside a souvenir photo of Bruce, 67, Rumer wrote: “We wanted to announce to the amazing Bruce supporters as a family that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia which is affecting his cognitive abilities.
“As a result, and with much deliberation, Bruce is stepping down from the career that has meant so much to him.”
She continued: “This is a truly challenging time for our family and we are so grateful for your continued love, compassion and support.
“We’re going through this as a strong family unit and wanted to include his fans because we know how much he means to you, just as you mean to him.
“Like Bruce always says, ‘Live it up,’ and together we plan to do just that.”
Aphasia is a medical condition that results in an inability to understand and communicate clearly with words. Aphasia typically occurs after a stroke or head injury.
Despite quitting acting, Bruce hasn’t given up on life.
In April, just a week after his diagnosis was shared with the world, Emma shared a photo of them together.
They were in the forest when they sat on a log.
She grabbed his arm and looked down while Bruce stared at the camera.
“Mom and Dad in their favorite habitat,” read the caption.
This was the first time he was seen after everyone found out about his illness.
Since March, Bruce’s family have shared touching tributes to him and throwback photos that made fans smile.
Rumer took to her Instagram to share a snap of her and one of her siblings playing with their Hollywood star dad when they were kids.
The actress, who just has to be a toddler in no time, can be seen grimacing as she spreads her mouth and sticks out her tongue.
She gives the camera a cheeky look while dad Bruce, who has a head full of brunette curls, smiles at the lens.
Alongside the adorable throwback pic, Rumer wrote, “Love you Daddio to the moon and back.
“Thanks for teaching me to be so silly. I love laughing with you.”
His younger daughter Scout also posted a tribute to him just days after he told everyone about his diagnosis.
“Dad,” she posted with two heart and fire emojis. “Yesterday it was so surreal to share something so personal. I didn’t know how it would be received, there’s always an unknown when sharing it with the world in such a vulnerable way. I was hoping for some love and compassion, I truly could NEVER have anticipated the depth and breadth of love we received as a family yesterday.”
She went on to say that the amount of love, energy and prayers the family received never failed to hit her and humbled her to the point of bringing tears to her eyes.
“Thank you to everyone who reached out to me yesterday, I love and appreciate you with all my heart. It will be quite a while before I reply to your messages!” Scout finished the message.
The heartfelt caption comes alongside a photo of Scout and Bruce smiling at each other as she snuggles up to him in a chair.
The rest of his children, along with his wife and ex-wife Demi Moore, all posted touching tributes to the actor.
Bruce secretly battled brain problems for nearly 20 years before his family revealed he was diagnosed with aphasia, sources exclusively tell The Sun.
There are five more films he did before giving up acting that have not yet been released, including Paradise City.
