On May 23, 2022, Bruce Springsteen announced his plans to tour with The E Street Band.

In a press release via his official website, he stated, “After six years, I look forward to seeing our amazing and loyal fans next year.”

“And I look forward to once again sharing the stage with the legendary E Street Band. See you out there next year – and beyond.”

The tour is scheduled to begin sometime in February 2023 and will visit stadiums across Europe, the United States and the rest of North America.

While dates for Italy, Denmark, Ireland and other European nations have been announced, the North American concert stops are expected to be announced later.

Who are the members of the E Street Band?

The E Street Band was formed in October 1972 with members Clarence Clemons, Garry Tallent, Danny Federici, Vini Lopez and David Sancious.

Since the group’s inception, they have become famous for supporting Bruce Springsteen.

Shortly after getting together, they first toured with Bruce that same year for his “Greeting From Ashbury Park, NJ” concert series.

Clarence Clemons was the group’s main saxophonist until his death on June 18, 2011.
