Comprised of musicians Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks, the country music duo first got together in 1990.

He started playing guitar in high school and started recording music in the 1980s.

Who is Kix Brooks?
Born Leon Brooks on May 12, 1955, Kix is of Louisiana descent.
In 1976, he moved to Nashville, where he began working as a musician.
Throughout the 1980s, he co-wrote countless hit songs and began releasing his own singles.
Kix landed his first album contract with Capitol Records in 1989.
