Briton arrested on suspicion of murdering his wife in Spain

Spanish police have arrested a 69-year-old Briton on suspicion of the murder of his 52-year-old wife.
A British woman was found dead from a blow to the head when police arrested her husband at their resort in Murica, Spain.

The unnamed expat was reported to the police in 2007 for domestic violence.
The suspect is expected to appear before a judge in the city of Totana later today or tomorrow and will remain in custody while officers conduct an investigation.
Last month, an 80-year-old Briton was arrested over the violent death of his wife at their apartment in the Costa del Sol resort of Torremolinos.
A judge sent David Cadwallader, 80, to a psychiatric ward while the inquest into his wife’s death continues.
