Britney Spears is back with another Instaslam against her family.
Late Friday night, the singer shared a series of cryptic photos and video of a Maui rainbow.
In the video, Britney can be heard exclaiming, “After a storm there always comes a rainbow.”
In her caption, she continued her attack on her estranged family and defended her faith in therapy.
“I used to hate how my mom thrived on drama…she literally screamed from the rooftops…no lie!!!” she exclaimed, explaining that her mom would spend hours arguing with her dad, a ” drunk man”. who couldn’t even speak.
“Why?” She asked. “I was the one who never slept.”
And the now 40-year-old admitted that it wasn’t just one night, but according to her own statements, every night of her life.
The Toxic singer then turned to her experience of mental help and therapy, something that wasn’t widely accepted at her Louisiana home.
“So with that… traditionally growing up, going to therapy, it’s looked down on, WHERE I’M FROM,” she continued.
“I mean, MY PARENTS never went to therapy. They’ve lived and thrived with drama every day of their damn life.
“I was always very embarrassed to talk about my personal life and I still am to this day. I think you take it to God… it’s nobody’s business.
“So it’s never been my style to force myself to talk for so long in therapy. But at this point…I’m so broken by my family that I need a little therapy.”
But while Britney enjoys the intimacy of a therapist, she continues to lash out at family members who spilled secrets in telly books.
“I just think it’s pretty sad that in my hardest times not only my mother but also my sister tell their books about their STORY… DRAMA… I don’t think that’s very nice… we’re entitled to our own story, but this drama is from the devil !!!
“I mean we all like a bit of gossip but dear God!!!”
She went on to explain, “I’m posting a picture of a rainbow I saw in Maui yesterday…after every STORM ⛈ there will always be a rainbow…that’s God’s promise!!!
“God’s rainbow infinitely outweighs the storm and that is the message I want to send to my mother and sister.
“So if you’re looking at this rainbow mom please understand this and only this… I’m a woman now!!!
“I’m not the type to air dirty laundry but I’m damn sure I won’t sit back and be the Jesus Christ of my family!!!
“I’m gonna raise my voice and blow up the fucking royalty!!!
“My family again, I’ll say it… took it way too far with me.
“I’m still not done…and F**K YOU COMPLETELY OFF MY FUCKING HEART!!!
Jamie Lynn released her all-encompassing memoir Things I Should’ve Had Said this year.
After Britney was stripped of her 13-year conservatorship last year, Jamie Lynn made her blast in the book, saying her behavior when she was younger was “erratic” and “spiraling.”
Her mother Lynne published Through The Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family In a Boulevard World in 2008, which shed light on Britney’s struggles with the paparazzi and her mental health.
The Grammy winner has previously called out her family for not supporting her or trying to get her out of her conservatorship.
“If you’re like my family, who say things like, ‘Sorry, you’re in a conservatory,’ … you probably think you’re different [from you] so they can fuck with you!!!!” She wrote in her previous court testimony.
CRY ME A RIVER
Her latest flogging comes just days after she appeared to call out ex Justin Timberlak in a now-deleted Instagram post for using her for fame and fortune.
Britney posted a video on Instagram showing her rocking her hips from side to side in a long tan dress with a black pattern on it.
The video was simple, but the caption called out to many people in their lives.
She captioned it: “I had a call from Jesus last night and you know what he said? … dear child … your mother had a helping with her book right at the time you needed her most … all for WHAT ? FAME AND ATTENTION? Your ex did the same thing… he hung your name on his first album and claimed you got him dirty.
Though she didn’t reveal names, Justin was the only ex to release an album after they broke up, with Justified.
Timberlake has said in the past that the album’s second single, Cry Me A River, was about their breakup.
Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline released his first album, Playing With Fire, while the two were still together.
