BRITNEY Spears has been granted an emergency protective order after her ex-husband crashed their wedding.
Jason Alexander was thrown to the ground outside her LA home and arrested just hours before she married her partner Sam Asghari on June 9.
Ventura County police officers revealed the 40-year-old was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery, vandalism and trespassing.
Officials issued an emergency response order urging him to stay away from the pop singer, NBC News reported.
Alexander was also arrested on suspicion of an outstanding warrant for a 2016 crime.
Alexander, who was infamously married to Britney for 55 hours in 2004, turned up at his ex’s wedding uninvited.
He filmed himself at her mansion on Instagram Live.
He contacted event security and claimed he was invited by Britney.
He revealed that she was his first and only previous wife.
In the clip, Alexander yelled, “Don’t put your hands on me” and asked, “Where’s Britney?” while ignoring security orders.
He was pacing the property as he appeared to be looking for his former wife.
He described the event as “bulls**t” as he showed off the flower arrangements.
Alexander entered Britney’s home before he was attacked by security guards.
An eyewitness told The Sun: “Jason walked up the Los Robles trail next to Britney’s property, it must have taken him almost an hour.
“He said he’s been coming here for three weeks and was live on Instagram then he just jumped the fence.
“Two security guards in black SUVs were parked nearby, but I don’t know if they spotted him.
“Later, I heard sirens wailing as police officers arrived at the scene.”
The witness claimed: “Jason had a confused look in his eyes as if he hadn’t slept.
“He was carrying nothing but his phone, he had no bag or backpack.
“He was wearing a t-shirt, shorts, sneakers and a baseball cap.”
Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, told TMZ that the intruder “needs to be locked up.”
He told the outlet, “I am personally working with the sheriff’s department to ensure that Mr. Alexander is aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
Britney or Sam have not addressed the situation.
WEDDING DETAILS DISCOVERED
Hours before Britney and Sam tied the knot, details of their big day surfaced online.
TMZ reported that there was a “very exclusive and small guest list of about 100 people” — with only one close family member.
That person was her older brother Bryan.
Britney’s parents and sister Jamie Lynn have all been reportedly disfellowshipped.
The relative in question is Britney’s older brother Bryan, while her parents and sister Jamie Lynn – with whom she recently started a relationship – are all excluded.
The star found freedom after escaping her conservatory.
Britney and Sam got engaged back in September 2021 when the Baby One More Time singer showed off her massive diamond ring.
Fitness trainer Sam met Britney in 2016 on her music video set for her glory track “Slumber Party.”
Sam assisted in the liberation of his then-fiancé during her conservatorship.
