British woman arrested for smuggling “ten kilos of cocaine” in bottles and bags through airport

A British woman has been arrested after reportedly trying to smuggle ten kilos of cocaine through the airport.

The woman allegedly stuffed the drugs into packets and bottles hidden in a double bottom suitcase as she tried to enter Cancun, Mexico.

According to local reports, she was arriving in the country from Amsterdam, Netherlands, when she was stopped by security personnel at Cancun Airport’s Terminal 2.

Authorities noticed the bottles and nine packages through X-ray machines and conducted further inspections with the help of a National Guard sniffer dog.
