British pensioner and young partner die in serious road accident in Thailand

A British pensioner and his partner have died in a horrific road accident in Thailand.
Keith Miles, 78, was in a Toyota Yaris driven by Tawid Kanadee, 27.

CCTV footage shows her car slowed while making a turn but was hit from behind by another car – and was pushed into the lane of an oncoming truck.
Keith, from Nuneaton, Warwickshire, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Paramedics took Tawid to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The other drivers were not seriously injured.
Police in Swang Wirewong, northeast Thailand, are investigating the tragedy that happened on Tuesday afternoon.
Keith worked as a school teacher in the area after leaving England a few years ago.
Thong Supachai, a friend of the couple, said: “Keith was so much fun.”
