And he stressed that the UK now has its first British-Asian prime minister, having entered No. 10 earlier this year.

Speaking to reporters in Riga, Latvia, Mr Sunak said as he met with world leaders to step up efforts to counter Russian aggression: “I absolutely do not believe Britain is a racist country.
“And I would hope that as our nation’s first British-Asian prime minister, when I say it carries some weight.”
He stressed that he was “really proud” of his country, its culture and beauty – and of standing up for the monarchy around the world.
The Prime Minister added: “I’m really proud of our country, its culture, its resilience, its beauty.
“And indeed, when I’m out here on the world stage like I am today, it’s a tremendous privilege to be able to stand up for Britain and its institutions like the monarchy.”
