“It is believed, and thus avoided… Brian Laundrie advised his parents, Christopher Laundrie and Roberta Laundrie, that he murdered Gabrielle Petito.
“On the same day, Christopher Laundrie and Roberta Laundrie spoke to Attorney Steve Bertolinoand send him a subordinate on September 2, 2021.”
This statement means that Petito’s parents believe that Laundries knew about Gabby’s death and did not disclose it to authorities or Petito’s parents, even though they pleaded for the truth from the family.
According to Petito’s parents, there wasn’t any contact between the two families after Brian Laundrie returned home to North Port driving Petito’s truck alone on September 1.

During this time, Laundries completely cut off contact with the grieving parents and refused to respond to a letter sent to Christopher and Roberta on behalf of the Gabby family on September 16.
“We believe you know the location where Brian left Gabby,” the letter read. “We beg you to tell us.”
SANITATION OF THE COUNTRY
Petito and Schmidt allege in the lawsuit that Laundry concealed Brian by keeping his location a secret.
