Brian Laundrie investigator says he was pictured alive this month in a wild legal letter as parents bid for access to $20k

BRIAN Laundrie police announced that he was seen in a photo run this month in a wild letter as his parents tried to access his property.

Email is part of court records in The real estate case of Laundrie, in which his parents are trying to collect $20,000 from his bank account.

In the note, which includes extremely grainy images, the unknown sender alleges that Laundrie is alive and being helped by a friend and family member, although the sender does not accuse the parents. him, Roberta and Christopher Laundrie.

“Brian Laundrie is still alive,” said a copy of an email obtained by The Sun.

“…[A] a picture of Brian Christopher Laundrie running down the street captured on CCTV on December 3, 2021 is attached,” the email continued.

Wild Notes concludes by stating, “So I don’t think you should cremate Brian Christopher Laundrie, son of Roberta and Christopher Laundrie.”

Court documents note that the court “taken no further action” after receiving the email.

Laundrie’s remains were discovered in late October following a manhunt that dragged on for more than a month after he was designated a person of interest to his fiancé. Gabby Petitothe disappearance of, and subsequently, her death.

The Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Court in and Sarasota, Florida, did not immediately return The Sun’s request for comment regarding the outrageous claims made in the email.

The email is part of court filings in the Laundrie estate case.

Chris and Roberta Laundrie filed on December 8 for access to their son’s property.

This couple is asking to be the administrator of the estate.

Records showing they have submitted Laundrie’s death certificate in court along with information about his bank accounts and assets.

Court records show Laundrie had $20,000 in his bank account when he passed away, even though he allegedly spent $1,000 on Gabby’s credit card after her death.

Gabby Petito’s mother also filed a petition to claim her murdered daughter furniture back home laundry.

Family lawyer Laundrie Steven Bertolino confirmed to The US Sun on Tuesday that the family will not contest the claim of her mother, Nichole Schmidt.

“The basis for the claim is possession or control of Gabby Petito’s personal property,” the lawsuit states.

“The amount requested is not known and both are now due and will be due to release personal assets.”

William Galarza, a local real estate attorney named in court filings for the lawsuit, did not respond to a request for comment from The Sun.
