Brandon Jacobs shares a chilling confession after stabbing Uber driver Yolanda Dillion to death and filming her death on Facebook

A PASSENGER has allegedly confessed to randomly murdering his Uber driver, filmed the aftermath and posted the horrific footage on Facebook, police said.
Louisiana Police said Brandon Jacobs, 29, admitted to stabbing driver Yolanda Dillion, 54, in the backseat of her car in a hotel parking lot on Thursday because he “just wanted to kill someone.”

Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s deputies made the horror discovery after responding to reports of a stabbing just before 3 p.m.
Officers found Dillion with multiple stab wounds and took her to a local hospital, where she sadly died, Sheriff Joseph Lopinto said.
The following day, officials said they arrested Jacobs for the crime just hours after his incident and revealed more details about the horror situation.
Dillion worked as a budget analyst for the New Orleans Police Department and drove for Uber in her spare time to earn some extra money, her grieving colleagues shared.

Jacobs called the car to take him from a location in New Orleans to the hotel in Harvey, Louisiana.
After canceling his first ride, he was eventually matched with Dillion. When asked how he picked the alleged victim, he told police, “I didn’t pick her, Uber picked her,” according to Lopinto.
“His confession is basically that he woke up yesterday morning and decided that he was going to kill someone and decided that this would be his day,” Lopinto said.
The sheriff’s department announced that Jacobs had stabbed Dillion multiple times from the back seat when they arrived at the scene. Hours later, he was caught at the hotel.
A video of the killing was posted to Facebook but it was deleted, police said.
“Luckily, he doesn’t have many followers,” Lopinto said.
Dillion had worked with the NOPD for the past 10 years, Superintendent Shaun Ferguson told WDSU.
He said her family was devastated and she was greatly missed at the department.
“Our team is taking it pretty hard,” Ferguson said.
“She will be greatly missed. She was very quiet… very humble. A quiet giantess, I would say, because she meant a lot to this department.”
Jacobs is being held in custody and charged with second-degree murder.
His bond information is unclear at this time, and it is not known whether or not he is represented by an attorney.
