BRADDOCK (KDKA) – Sheriff Braddock has a list of the charges against him outlined in a notice asking him to appear at the county meeting this morning.
The notice alleges Director Guy Collins failed to fill out the time card and drained 70% of the department’s budget within the first three months of the year.

Collins said it was for him that he noticed a problem when two county officials showed up to steer his police cruiser.
He told KDKA he has been sidelined with a stroke since February but the time cards have been filled out and overtime is needed.
He said the county violated his rights and he would respond by filing a complaint.
“We are seeking to file charges of obstruction,” he said. “I wasn’t recorded or served with any paperwork that I violated anything, but suddenly this is what I got in the mail.”
Collins’ division is standing behind him.
While the decision this morning, whatever it is, may not be the end.
