Boy, one person, rushes to major trauma center after falling from building

A ONE-year-old boy has been taken to a major trauma center after falling from a building in North London.
Emergency services rushed to the scene in Tottenham Hale on Tuesday afternoon after the entire “fall from a height”.
Paramedics said they were called shortly before 1pm to reports of a child falling from a height on Dawlish Road.
The boy was treated at the scene and an air ambulance landed before he was taken to a major trauma center by road “as a priority”.
A Met Police spokesman said the one-year-old’s condition was ultimately deemed not life-threatening.
But investigations are still ongoing to determine the situation.
A Met Police spokesman said: “Police were called at 1.17pm on Tuesday 15 March to reports that a child had fallen from a height in Dawlish Road, N17.
“Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service and London Air Ambulance.
“A one-year-old boy was taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening. Investigations are still underway to determine the situation.”
A spokesman for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 12.59pm this evening to reports of a child falling from a height at Dawlish Road, Tottenham.
“We sent a fleet of ambulances and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We also dispatched London’s air ambulance. We treated a patient at the scene and took them to a major trauma center, by road, as a priority.”
