FLOYD MAYWEATHER claims he’s building his TENTH skyscraper and boasts a monthly salary of $50,000.
The boxing legend, who officially retired 50-0 in 2017, has claimed there has been a change $1 BILLION during his career as a prizefighter.
And Mayweather announced that his real estate portfolio is growing after investing millions in it.
He told the businessman Grant Cardone: “I’ve looked at the careers of certain athletes and said, ‘I don’t want to end up like this’.
“So I donated five million dollars [for investments]receive 50,000 per month, every month on the 18th
“I’ve liked the cash flow for years. I chose not to give them seven or eight digit numbers, I gave them nine digit numbers.
“What I own right now are nine skyscrapers and I’m building my tenth skyscraper.”
Mayweather also has an interest in One Vanderbilt, a 93-story skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City.
His right-hand man Leonard Ellerbe confirmed in 2020 that Mayweather’s “goal” was to surpass the $1 billion he made boxing outside the ring.
As revealed by SunSport, the retired boxer’s businesses include a strip club, clothing line, real estate and a music label.
He also has homes in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, including a $25 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
Mayweather’s lifestyle also includes car collections worth over $26.3 million, a private plane and several watches, one of which alone costs $21 million.
After beating UFC icon Conor McGregor, 33, the American icon hung up the gloves, but not forever.
He has since returned for two exhibition bouts, the first against Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, 23, which he won in one round.
But this June, Mayweather faced YouTuber Logan Paul, 26, in an extraordinarily spectacular match, giving away TWO sized STONES.
Paul managed to go the full eight-round distance and technically avoid defeat.
