Boris calls Putin’s attacks on civilians “terrorism” and says on TalkTV that Russia’s victory in the Ukraine war is “unthinkable”.

BORIS Johnson last night put even more pressure on Rishi Sunak to cut taxes and give Ukraine more ammunition – and he could still win the next election.
The ex-PM insisted there would not be a major 1997-style wipeout like pollsters had predicted and the party still had time to claim an overwhelming victory.

But he gave a dig to Rishi and other “cautious” voices who warned against giving Ukraine the weapons it needs to defeat Russia.
In an exclusive interview with TalkTV for Friday Night with Nadine, the ex-PM insisted, “I fought Election 97.
“I was there and it was really tough.
“You could actively feel this movement of voters who wanted Tony Blair, and that’s just not happening now.
“I don’t feel it.
“The Keir Starmer Slumberfest…it’s not going to happen.”
He predicted the economy would improve, inflation would come down and people would go back to the Tories, adding: “They will reward the government for being sensible about cutting their taxes and doing things that they do.” have to do.”
But in a thinly veiled dig at Rishi, he added that there were some who were unsure whether Ukraine should be fully armed.
He added: “I think there will always be cautious voices.
“And there were a lot of people worried about that escalation point.”
BoJo said it was “unthinkable” that Ukraine wouldn’t win the war now – as he pressured ministers to sign off on more tanks, jets and other weapons to continue the effort.
He said: “The faster they win, the better for the world.
“The faster Ukraine wins, the better for the world economy, the more lives we save.”
The ex-PM also said it was “absolutely the case” that Brexit had “saved lives” during the pandemic.
He explained: “Had it not been for our ability to carry out our own regulation, it would not have been the fact that we would have gotten out of the European Medicines Agency.
“The MHRA, the medical health regulator, was now completely free to decide how quickly they should approve the vaccine – we could not have had this vaccine rollout so quickly.”
BoJo even confessed his love for the Pink Panther movies, admitting, “I laugh so much I almost pass out.”
And on his hobbies, he revealed he’s currently trying to draw a cow – but admitted he’s struggling.

He said, “I’m now filling a book with cow…pictures of parts of cows and lots of whole cows and my goal is to master the cow. I’ll be there.
“Stop the horse after that.”
