Bob Saget is dead: Dave Coulier reacts to Full House Co-Star’s death

Happy home‘S Dave Coulier released a statement following the passing of a longtime friend and co-star Bob saget, who died January 9 at age 65.

“My heart is broken,” Coulier tweeted late Sunday. “I love you, Bob. My forever brother, Dave. ”

Member Happy home co-stars John Stamos and Candace Cameron Bure have previously made statements regarding Saget’s death, which you can read here and here.

According to a tweet from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Orlando, Grand Lakes on Sunday “about an unresponsive man in the hotel room. The man was identified as Robert Saget and was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case.”

The official cause of death is still unclear.

Saget plays lovable patriarch Danny Tanner on ABC’s Happy home for eight seasons, from 1987 to 1995. He reprized his role in 2016 for the Netflix revival Fuller House, ran for five seasons and finished in 2020. Coulier stars as Danny’s (and comedian) best friend Joey Gladstone.
