Who was in the bling ring?

The bling ring consisted of Rachel Lee, Alexis Neiers, Nick Prugo, Courtney Ames and Diana Tamayo.

Ames recruited Johnny Ajar and Roy Lopez Jr. into the group and assigned them to sell the items she stole.

In 2010, each of the members of the bling ring received various sentences in response to the burglaries they committed in Calabasas, California the previous year.

Rachel Lee was reportedly the mastermind behind the series of celebrity robberies and spent 16 months in prison.

Since getting out of prison, Lee graduated from cosmetology school in 2018 and announced in September 2021 that she was working on developing a screenplay for television.

Rachel told US Weekly that incarceration taught her something about life and the person she wants to be.

“As a teenager, I was chasing love in all the wrong places, and when I realized it was too late and I was in jail,” she told the outlet.

“I really feel like prison was a blessing in disguise – the best thing that ever happened to me. It made me realize that at the end of the day you can only trust yourself.”

Lee has reportedly continued to work as a professional hairstylist in California, making trips to Los Angeles and Seattle, Washington for her job.

Alexis Neiers was a reality star on Pretty Wild when she was arrested for involvement in the robberies.

After her arrest, Neiers spent just over a month at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.

Neiers married Evan Haines in 2012 and they have two children together, Harper and Dakota.

December 2018 was eight years sober for Neiers, who now works at the Alo Recovery Center in Malibu helping struggling addicts.

Neiers revealed that she and Haines were in an open relationship in 2021 when she came out and told fans she was also dating a woman named Kris.

However, in August 2022, she and Haines announced that they had filed for divorce after a decade of marriage.

“It was ten years of marriage and eleven years together [a] great success and we’re really good at co-parenting,” Neiers told US Weekly.

She added: “I don’t think either of us wanted to divorce or break up, but it’s just the way things turned out. Again, I love Evan very much and we might be better co-parents than partners.”

Neiers reportedly lives in Malibu, California and hosts a podcast called Recovering from Reality.

Nick Prugo was sentenced to two years in prison but was paroled in 2013 after serving just a year in county jail.

After his release, Prugo told ABC News, “I didn’t really understand… what was real and what wasn’t… just because I was so taken with reality TV.”

However, charges against him continued, and in 2016 he pleaded guilty to stalking Dawn DaLuise.

He was sentenced to 350 hours of community service, three years probation and an order to stay away from the victim for 10 years.

According to Cinemaholic, Prugo now goes by the name Nick Norgo and resides in Los Angeles, California with his husband.

Courtney Ames has largely avoided the limelight after being sentenced to probation and community service following her arrest.

Entertainment Daily reported that Ames was studying psychology, language and child development at Pierce College in Woodland Hills in 2012.

According to the outlet, Ames also attempted to change her last name in 2016.

After Diana Tamayo did not contest the robbery allegations, she was sentenced to probation and community service.

She’s mostly stayed out of the spotlight, but an insider told US Weekly in April 2022, “Diana is a super positive person who has a lot of confidence. She is now a personal trainer and happily married.”
