‘Blade Runner 2099’ sequel series is in the works at Amazon

Amazon Studios is growing Blade Runner 2099a series of live-action sequels for 2017 movies Blade Runner 2049our sister site Limit line report.

Silka Luisa (Shining girls) will write the television sequel and serve as executive producer alongside Ridley Scott, who directed the 1982 first. Blade Runner movies that have the participation of Harrison Ford. There are no details yet on the film’s plot, but as the title suggests, it could take place 50 years after the 2017 film, which featured Ryan Gosling in the lead role.

Based on the novel by Philip K. Dick Do android dream of electric sheep?The original film is set in a chaotic Los Angeles and follows a cop (Ford) who reluctantly has to hunt down synthetic fake humans, aka copycats.
