On Sunday, Chyna, 35, shared a video of herself taking part in a strenuous workout while listening to rap music on her Instagram Story.
Rob Kardashian’s ex propped her hands on a black bench press as she did some push-ups.
The star wore a matching snakeskin print sports bra and shorts with a pop of bright red, while wearing a white beanie.
In the clip below, Chyna worked out her leg muscles using a large exercise machine to strengthen them.
She then lay down on the floor and continued to stretch by doing some crunches and showing off her toned abs.
Earlier this month, Chyna shared several workout routines that included her six-year-old daughter Dream, whom she shares with Rob.

Over the weekend, Chyna shared the big news that she reached a major milestone.
On Instagram, Chyna shared a few photos of her celebrating a year of sobriety.
In her first picture, the TV personality shared a picture of her and her mother Tokyo Toni kissing her on the cheek while holding some flowers.
In the next snap, Chyna shared a picture of a gold cake with a prayer and the words written in gold icing: “Congratulations on your first year of sobriety, Angela Renée White.”
On top of the cake was a beautiful recovery tree design and a 1 year sobriety medallion.
She also included a screenshot of her 12-step counter, which helped her track her achievements as part of her decision to change her lifestyle.
She captioned her post: “September 14, 2023 marks the first year of my sobriety. This year I learned a lot about myself. On September 14, 2022, I decided I was done with alcohol. This process is not easy.” But I did it, I plan to continue practicing sobriety.
“I would like to thank everyone who has supported me on this part of my journey.”
She wrote about herself in the third person: “Angela White is unstoppable, smart, beautiful, brave, a great mother and a great friend.”
“I hope when you see this it will inspire you if you are struggling with any addiction. Just know that you can do it and are worth it. God loves you. There are so many different apps and groups that can do this. “I will help you on this journey and you are not alone,” she concluded.
At the end of her caption, she tagged her mom and added a few emojis to reveal that she couldn’t wait to get her 1-year balloon.
BEAUTY IN A SWIMSUIT
On August 4, Chyna showed off her curves by wearing a tiny metallic gold swimsuit.
The model’s fashion choice showed off some major cleavage as she enjoyed time by a pond.
She exposed her huge colorful leg tattoo as she crossed her legs on a wooden floor and stared into the distance.
In the pond there were huge water lilies and fish that could be underwater.
She wore gold strappy shoes and had her long hair styled down to her lower back.
She captioned the steamy post: “Cherish these moments while there’s still life in you.”
