According to a report, BLAC Chyna allegedly bruised her friend internally by kicking her in the stomach at an LA club on Friday.
The 33-year-old – who recently lost her $100 million lawsuit against the Kardashians – reportedly asked for money in the club’s bathroom that same night.
Chyna’s alleged victim Sequoya King, who has been friends with the reality star for around a year, was partying with her at the time of the alleged attack in the early hours of Friday morning.
Sequoya claimed Chyna was paranoid that people were recording her and turned on her when she saw Sequoya on her phone.
Chyna reportedly started yelling at her, threw her phone on the floor and smashed it front and back.
Sequoya told DailyMail.com that she told Chyna, “You’re a really bad person to me right now. And that’s why you didn’t win your lawsuit. Because you are a very bad person.”
Sequoya said, “When she heard that, she rushed at me. She kicked me right in the stomach. I stumbled back, I got knocked down.”
Other clubgoers dragged the women away from each other, and Sequoya left the club around 6 a.m.
Sequoya claimed she was sore after Chyna allegedly kicked her and took an x-ray that showed internal bruising.
She filed a police report hours later after taking her daughter to school.
The report states: “Vict[im] and suspend[ect] engaged in a verbal argument because Susp believed the victim was recording her. Susp broke victim’s phone screen and kicked victim in the stomach.”
Sequoya also claimed Chyna blocked the bathroom at the club where they were partying and attempted to charge strangers between $5 and $100 for entry.
Chyna is reportedly under investigation for assault following the alleged club attack.
The TV star shares her daughter Dream, five, with her ex Rob Kardashian, 35.
She sued the Kardashian family for defamation and alleged interference with her E! contract in a $100 million lawsuit and lost.
The jury ruled in favor of the famous family, dismissing Chyna’s claims that the stars ruined her reality TV career.
Chyna claimed the family planned to take her E! Show, Rob & Chyna, was canceled after one season in 2017.
A Sun reporter in the courtroom revealed that the jury had ruled that the 33-year-old would not be awarded damages.
Although no damages were required to be paid, the jury found that the Kardashians had not acted “appropriately and in good faith to protect their own commercial interests.”
BATTLE WITH THE KARDASHIANS
Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and mother Kris Jenner, 66, — who are named in the lawsuit — were present in LA court for much of it
The court also ruled that anything but Kylie’s behavior “did not prevent the performance or make the performance more expensive or difficult,” according to the questions on the jury form.
Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, later told reporters outside the courthouse that they would appeal the decision.
A day after the verdict was announced, Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, asked fans for $400,000 so her daughter could appeal the judge’s decision.
Tokyo — real name Shalana Hunter — has launched a GoFundMe called Cheering for Blac Chyna’s Appeal, which is asking for a whopping $400,000.
It reads: “Hello, I’m Shalana Hunter – BKA Tokyo Toni. I want to sue in court.
“This GoFundMe fundraiser [will] Please help my daughter Angela R. White – BKA Blac Chyna – financially in this attempt to get justice.”
Following the verdict, Chyna shared a message of support on her Instagram Stories from her pal, who said she always acts in the “best interests” of her daughter Dream and said Chyna “lives to fight another day.”
