AN OPTICAL ILLUSION has ‘Brained’ everyone and confused what reality is.
A bizarre optical illusion has taken the internet by storm after people complained that they have “two brain cells”.

The stunning clip was shared on TikTok page Gloss (@gloss) – although they gave no credit to the original creator of the trippy illusion.
At the beginning of the video, which has been viewed more than 385,000 times, one person’s hand appeared to be holding a rock or piece of brick.
They stood on the shore of a still river, lake, pond, or sea and then proceeded to throw the piece of stone into the water.
When the impact caused a large splash, the camera zoomed in – only for the water splash to then turn into a glass bottle.
With a partially visible label, the video showed the bottleneck from different angles before suddenly zooming in further to reveal something else entirely.
What first looked like an old glass bottle was now just a painting in a rusty barrel on the floor, with smudges of blue paint on the side.
Then near the end of the bizarre video, someone kicked the barrel, causing it to fall onto an extremely muddy surface.
About a second later the camera quickly zoomed out and now the barrel was no longer on the ground but a miniature painting on top of a dirty and worn shovel that also seemed to be missing the handle.
When the shovel was thrown away – which was also the end of the clip – many stunned viewers took her in the comments to share their confusion and seek answers.
One confessed, “This hurts my brain,” while others said they just couldn’t understand what they had just seen.

Someone else was speechless: “I don’t know what reality is anymore.”
“Am I real, wait a minute,” a fellow user of the platform appeared to be feeling a little disoriented.
During the 13 seconds of the journey, one person claimed they traveled “to many different universes.”
“I think my brain and eyes had a stroke,” read one of the many comments on the video, which was liked by almost 26,000 people online.
