The 28-year-old Bigg Boss OTT 2 star vented his frustration in a lengthy post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

The Indian actress called on everyone to stop the hate and even threatened action if anyone crossed their lines.

She explained that her kind replies could be taken as sympathy by her haters.

” [I] I said it umpteen times to everyone to stop the hate but I think some needed personal attention to gain influence so here we go!” she wrote on Wednesday.

“Now if I see something that crosses a line, I will take action.”

Jiya added that it’s easy to hate someone by hiding their identity, and if the haters have courage, they’d better come up with their real names.

“It’s so easy to throw hatred at someone who hides their own identity,” she wrote.

“Give your real name, identity and photo and we can talk.”

“I speak very kindly, or certainly think I want to win sympathy.”

She continued, “Some people think silence is weakness, so we had to give it back.

“This girl has been taking care of herself for years, so I have to take a stand for myself whenever it’s necessary.”

“I know you’ll take care of the rest.”

Jiya’s post received thousands of likes and reposts, and many fans showed their support.

“I know you’re not related to Twitter much, but you have to understand that this Twitter world is full of trollers and lovers at the same time,” replied one follower.

“Don’t let haters spoil your peace of mind, ignorance is the best option.”

“Focus on LOVE and IGNORE hate, that’s the only option.”

Jiya rose to fame through her participation in Bigg Boss OTT 2, but dropped out just weeks before the season finale.

She is known for her role as Dr. Iravati “Ira” Pandey in the comedy-drama series Meri Hanikarak Biwi; and for Susheela “Susheela” Ruhail Solanki in the Sab TV comedy show Kaatelal & Sons.

Competitor Pooja Bhatt also responded to critics who claimed she had an “agenda” when she revealed issues in her personal life in Bigg Boss 2.
