Big Brother star Nikki Grahame’s mother reveals horrifying final moment she saw her late daughter

NIKKI Grahame’s fans broke down in tears as her mother Sue spoke about her death in a new Channel 4 documentary.

Sue appeared on the show to discuss Nikki’s tragic death in April last year after a lifelong battle with anorexia.

Sue recalled the moment Nikki’s body was taken away: “To see them put my little girl in a bag and take her down the elevator…

“I said, ‘Can you tell me which end is her head?’ And I just stroked it from the outside.”

Breaking down in tears, Sue added: “They took her away and I didn’t see her again. A part of me died. I miss her more than I can say.”

Viewers were also overcome with emotion at the scenes and took to Twitter to share their sadness.

One wrote: “Nikki’s mom is so brave when she speaks about Nikki’s battle with anorexia. I can’t begin to imagine how helpless she would feel trying to help her daughter.”

Another said: “Nikki’s mom just broke me.”

And a third added: “My heart goes out to Nikki’s mom, she broke my heart.”

Sue appeared on Loose Women on Thursday ahead of a Channel 4 documentary about Nikki.

Admitting that Nikki’s eating disorder “robbed her of the chance” to be a mother, Sue said, “I didn’t raise her, she disappeared when she was eight and I kind of got her back full-time when she was 18.”

Sue also revealed some of her daughter’s plans should she recover from the illness.

“Before she died, she said, ‘When I get well, I’m going to go to schools on my free time to talk to youngsters and teenagers and say don’t do that.

“‘There are no guarantees, it won’t make you popular, it won’t make you happy, it will just take your life’.”
