The flavor was only temporarily on store shelves, according to Ben & Jerry’s, as it was only in stock between 2010 and 2011

More than a decade later, fans are reminiscing about the dessert.

One Twitter fan quizzed Ben & Jerry’s and said: “When are you bringing back the chocolate macadamia ice cream?

“It was your best taste ever! I know a lot of people miss him!”

Another posted online: “I would like to reclaim the chocolate macadamia flavor please.

“It was the first flavor I ever had, and it was the Ben and Jerry’s factory in VT. It was delicious.”

Dozens of fans have been urging Ben & Jerry’s to bring back its chocolate macadamia flavor.

The dessert was a combination of chocolate and vanilla ice cream and topped with macadamia nuts.

Chocolate macadamia is just one of several flavors that have been relegated to the brand’s “flavor graveyard.”

The US Sun reported that fans are also urging the ice cream giant to bring back its Bovinity Divinity flavored ice cream.

It was a huge hit in the late 1990s before finally being discontinued in 2001.

Ben & Jerry’s superfans are also clamoring for the return of a dessert inspired by legendary reggae singer Bob Marley.

The limited edition One Love ice cream was first released in the USA in 2017.

The fan favorite had a banana ice cream base with caramel and graham cracker swirls and peace sign shaped caramel chips.

Fans continue to mourn the loss of the ice cream and have urged Ben & Jerry’s bosses to reconsider the decision to discontinue the item.

One Twitter user said: “I’ve emailed you all twice asking to bring back Bob Marley’s One Love Icecream.”

“I would sell my soul if you would only do this properly to me.”

Another asked: “@benandjerrys are you ever going to bring a love ice cream?”

A third fan said: And WHEN will @benandjerrys be bringing back Bob Marley’s One Love flavor?

“There are times when I miss it, and Chunky Monkey is only so spot on.”
