Ben Affleck’s son Samuel, 10, is swapping his $230,000 Lamborghini for a BMW after his father dumped him at the wheel

BEN Affleck’s son Samuel was behind the wheel of a luxury Lamborghini when he crashed into a BMW with his fiancee Jennifer Lopez in the back seat.

The mishap happened when Ben, 49, left the 10-year-old behind the wheel with the engine running when they collected the car from a rental company.

The boy reportedly put it into reverse and the $230,000 yellow Lamborghini Urus was seen backing into the white BMW SUV.

Ben, who was leaning over the open driver’s door talking to his son, quickly leaned in to shut off the engine after the accident.

J-Lo, sitting in the back seat with the door open and her leg hanging out, quickly closed her door to safety.

An employee of the rental company was nearby and looked at the two cars.

After the accident, Samuel got out to inspect the damage before his father gave him a comforting hug.

They were later seen walking away from the rental company – where the Lamborghinis were rented for $1,475 a day – and J-Lo was holding the boy’s hand.

No one involved was injured and rental company 777 Exotics confirmed to TMZ that there was no damage to either car and “there was no accident.”

“When [Samuel] got into the car, it jerked back and forth,” said a Post employee.

“We have a small property and the cars are close by.”

He added: “Everyone was fine. They seemed happy and continued browsing.

“The dealership would be more than happy to welcome the stars back. Affleck loves cars. We hope they come back.”

Samuel is Ben’s youngest child with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

They are also parents to daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 13.

The couple divorced in 2018 after 13 years together and a long two-year separation.

Ben and J-Lo rekindled their romance last year after first meeting in 2002.

They got engaged that same year after Ben proposed to her a giant six-carat pink diamond ring, but later split in 2004.

As of April 2021, Ben and Jen have been inseparable — at first on low-key dates, before public outings and movie premieres, when things got more serious when they reportedly bought a $54 million home in Bel-Air.

They got engaged again last year after Ben proposed to her.

“Saturday night while I was in my favorite place on earth (in the bubble bath) my beautiful love got on one knee and proposed to her,” Jennifer wrote in her newsletter.

“[I] I just looked him in the eye, smiling and crying at the same time, trying hard to realize that this was happening all over again 20 years later.

“I was literally speechless and he said, ‘Is that a yes?’ I said, ‘Yes, of course that’s a yes!’”
