And soon it could be called Nou Camp Spotify as the streaming giants near huge contract £67m a year.

VeganNation and Polkadot are two other companies that want to reach an agreement with Barcelona.

But Mundo Deportivo believes that Spotify is leading the way and could soon own the title rights to the club’s stadium.

However, the naming deal for the 99,000-seat car won’t be a long-term deal – meaning it will likely return to the Nou Camp branding after a short while.

In longer-term investments, Spotify is looking to replace Japanese organization Rakuten on the first team front.

And they are also hoping to be able to complete sponsorship deals by securing the back of the training shirt – currently occupied by Beko.

Barcelona is currently in a huge financial hole – a dire situation typified by sell the legend Lionel Messi last summer.

However, the LaLiga side still finds capital to buy players in the summer transfer window.

They secured the signature of Spanish striker Ferran Torres from Manchester City for £55 million.

And they also seem ready to finalize a deal for Wolves winger Adama Traore within the next 24 hours.

The signings came after the club president Joan Laporta Announcement at the beginning of the January transfer window that “Barcelona is back”.
