JACKASS star Bam Margera was reportedly arrested just weeks after being arrested for public intoxication.

The TV personality allegedly made a scene at a California restaurant where his estranged wife and son were eating, law enforcement sources reportedly said.

Burbank police responded to a call from a disturbance at a Thai restaurant around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, reports TMZ.

Responding officers arrived to see Margera arguing loudly with a woman, police allegedly told the outlet.

Footage of the pro skater appears to show Margera visibly upset in a restaurant.

It comes just weeks after he was arrested on domestic violence charges after allegedly kicking a woman.

The former Jackass member, whose real name is Brandon, was taken into police custody after police received a report of a domestic dispute just after 5:30 a.m. Thursday, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department confirmed to The US Sun.

When police in Escondido, Calif., arrived at the home where the alleged altercation took place, a woman claimed to police that her husband allegedly kicked her, according to the sheriff’s office.

Bam was arrested and charged with assaulting a current or former spouse, domestic partner, dating partner, or co-parent.

The woman’s and Bam’s relationship status is unclear at this time, as TMZ’s sources said the alleged victim is not Bam’s estranged wife, Nikki Boyd, but is instead his current girlfriend.

Nikki filed for a legal separation from Bam on Feb. 14, when her attorney, David Glass, told TMZ that the split was due to Bam spending time with their five-year-old son while he was allegedly under the influence, at least that’s what Nikki claimed.
