The 36-year-old shared a devastating black and white photo of her holding Oliver and Dylan kissing her on the head.
Sarah captioned the post: “He died shortly after in his father’s arms.
“There are no words for the magnitude of the loss and pain we are experiencing. It’s beautiful and tragic at the same time.
“He had my nose and his father’s mouth and long fingers.”
Sarah – who starred in season 17 of ‘The Bachelor’ and two seasons of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ – revealed that Oliver had been her and Dylan’s ‘IVF miracle’.
The reality star wrote: “Oliver, our IVF miracle has braved so many adversities and fought through so many tough milestones to be here, but the higher powers had other plans for the three of us.
“Our time together was short, but we are thankful for the days we had with Oliver in my womb.
“He taught us so much about the integrity of life, love and death. Oliver has filled our homes and hearts with so much love and most of all optimism.

Sarah continued, “While our hearts are unimaginably shaken, we are comforted to know that our son’s soul has only ever known love and will not suffer in a body not built for this life.
“We’ll never understand the cruelty of it all, but despite the darkness, Oliver remains so bright. We love you so much, little boy. You will never be replaced. You are so perfect and amazing.”
She concluded: “Love, Mommy and Daddy.”
Also in the post, Sarah shared a picture of Dylan kissing her forehead as she cried in a hospital bed.
In other pictures, she showed off her baby bump and sat on a chair while her dog, Rio, snuggled up to her stomach.
Sarah has been flooded with support from other Bachelor stars in the comments.
