Axed Solskjaer and Michael Carrick watch former Man Utd boss McKenna, Ipswich at Doncaster as the Reds play Burnley

OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER made the most of unemployment by cheering on his pal Kieran McKenna at the League One clash between Doncaster Rovers and Ipswich Town.
McKenna leaves Manchester United coaching team in December to become the manager of Tractor Boys.

The Reds were in action at the same time as Ipswich, but Solskajer and Carrick will be glad they chose to go to Doncaster over Burnley.
Manchester United were held to a 1-1 draw at Turf Moor, with Jay Rodriguez’s strike destroying Paul Pogba’s first-half opener.
It saw Rangnick and Co drop to fifth in the Premier League table and overtake West Ham after they beat Watford 1-0.
Meanwhile back in League One, McKenna has had a positive start to life as head coach at Ipswich, winning six of eight games in his first boss role.
Tractor Boys is currently 9th on the 3rd standings, 6 points behind the play-offs.
But after being one of the favorites for promotion at the start of the season, the club are facing a battle just to secure a play-off spot.
