Reports in Spain say the key midfielder picked up an injury during the weekend’s 3-0 win over Osasuna and missed training with teammates on Monday.
Koke, 30, started all six Atléticogroup stage matches this season.
And the 61-year-old Spaniard has not missed a Champions League match since November 2018.
Atletico will test Koke’s fitness but if he doesn’t recover it will be a big blow to Diego Simeoneof the party.
