City is said to be monitoring his development, which has seen him grow in strength over the past few months.

Saka has also been linked with a move to Liverpool in the past.

However, the report adds that Saka is currently considered untouchable by Arsenal.

It is also said that Saka has a strong relationship with boss Mikel Arteta, both on a professional and personal level.

And rather than lose Saka to City, the Gunners expect him to agree to a new deal and entrust his future to the club in the long term.

Earlier this month Arsenal reportedly triggered a clause in Saka’s current contract keeping him at the club until at least 2024.
