Arsenal News LIVE: Zinchenko injury LATEST, Gunners ‘missed’ Erling Haaland, Brentford build-up

Morning Arsenal fans
Mikel Arteta will have a full squad to choose from against Brentford this weekend.
Thomas Partey is back from injury and could move straight into midfield.
And the versatile left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko is fit and ready to play.
In other news, Arsenal are reportedly set to rejoin Mykhaylo Mudryk after he was put off by Shakhtar Donetsk’s asking price in the summer.
Personal terms were reportedly agreed as Arteta tried to secure a potential future star, but the move never materialized – and it seems price was an issue.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano told the CBS football podcast: “I think there is an opportunity for Arsenal going forward, but not just Arsenal.
“In August they had some talks with Mudryk’s agents, but then, when they knew of the price, well over 30 million euros [£26m]they decided not to bid.”
Meanwhile, Arsenal could try to sign Palmeira midfielder Danilo in January.
The Gunners considered a deal to bring the Brazilian to the Emirates in the summer but decided against a transfer.
Dean Jones said: “I think we can expect Arsenal to maintain their interest in Danilo, who they had identified as a prime target for the summer window.
“It was a temptation to try for him but they are satisfied that they will lead the way for him next year.”
Finally, Newcastle have reportedly entered the race to sign Leicester contract rebel Youri Tielemans.
According to French outlet Jeunes Footeux, Newcastle could slip past Arsenal and secure Tielemans’ signature in the New Year.
They claim the Toon are preparing a £17million bid for the highly rated star.
