Arsenal News LIVE: Gunners battle for Moussa vs Newcastle, Fati transfer war, Declan Rice’s £100m TWIST – The Latest

Good morning Arsenal fans

Arsenal are looking to re-sign AC Milan star Ismael Bennacer in the upcoming summer transfer window.

According to Football 365, the Gunners could try to lure Milan into a sale by offering Folarin Balogun in a barter deal.

The 25-year-old was on the Emirates’ books between 2015 and 2017 until his departure to Empoli.

But the midfielder was never able to make a lasting impression, having only made one appearance for the senior national team.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are eyeing a move for Wolfsburg star Ridle Baku ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Gunners are keen to sign a more adventurous right-back to rival Ben White this summer.

Manager Mikel Arteta has successfully used centre-back White in the position for most of this season.

But the north Londoners are keen to recruit a more attacking alternative ahead of next season.

According to Sky Germany, Baku has impressed Arsenal’s scouts throughout the season.

They add that the Germany international is interested in leaving Wolfsburg this summer and a move to the Premier League would be an attractive offer.

And Tottenham have joined Arsenal in the bidding war for Barcelona’s unpopular prodigy Ansu Fati.

Spurs will also compete with Manchester United and Bayern Munich for Fati, who slipped down the pecking order at Barca shortly after being handed Lionel Messi’s iconic No.10 shirt.

The 20-year-old ace has struggled with inconsistent form and nagging injury setbacks for minutes under coach Xavi.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the striker’s struggles have led to the Blaugrana giving his agent Jorge Mendes permission to consider offers from other clubs.

However, Fati seems keen to stay at Barcelona and prove he’s worthy of a place in the starting XI.

Finally, Arsenal are interested in signing Bayern star Ryan Gravenberch in the summer transfer window.

Gravenberch struggled in Munich and that, according to Footmercato, piqued the Gunners’ interest.

Liverpool and United are also said to be interested in the midfielder.

The report also suggests the 20-year-old is “annoyed” by his lack of playing time at the Allianz Arena
