Morning Arsenal fans
Arsenal have launched their new 2022-23 home shirt with a zig-zag collar design and £5 from every shirt purchased through the club will go to the Arsenal Foundation.
The Gunners’ fresh design comes as they return to European competition after a season off.#
Adidas has stuck to red as the standout colour, with white sleeves.
The shoulders have stripes leading to the collar which has a zig zag design.
The kit will be debuted in the final game of the season against Everton on May 22nd.
Meanwhile, Manchester City are reportedly expecting Arsenal target Gabriel Jesus to submit a transfer request to leave the Etihad.
And it’s also been claimed that the Gunners will make the Brazil striker a £35m offer while Mikel Arteta is eyeing an Emirates reunion.
Elsewhere, Arsenal are reportedly facing a struggle to keep Bukayo Saka if they miss a top-four finish this weekend, writes Anthony Chapman.
The Athletic claim the Gunners plan to offer their star a lucrative new deal this summer.
In other news, Hector Bellerin is set to return to Arsenal with Real Betis president Angel Haro this summer in hopes of reaching a lasting deal.
The 23-year-old right-back has played at his youth club while on loan this season, where he helped the club win the Copa del Rey.
Betis president Haro has admitted he will be sad if the defender leaves but hopes the couple’s paths will cross again in the future.
Finally, Arsenal have sold Konstantinos Mavropanos to Stuttgart after a £3m deal with the Bundesliga side.
Mavropanos has been on loan at the German club for the last two years and has impressed coach Pellegrino Matarazzo so much that those in charge decided to sign him permanently.
Mavropanos told the official Stuttgart website: “I’ve always done my best and will continue to do my best for this great club.
“The trust of the management and the affection of the fans in Stuttgart are a great motivation for me.”
