Arsenal launch THIRD Moises Caicedo transfer offer worth £75m… and is just £5m below Brighton’s valuation

Brighton have taken a no-sale stance towards the Ecuadorian despite the player making it clear he wants to leave the club.
Arsenal’s new offer for the player is in the £70million range with £5million in add-ons.
Brighton could be open to a sale before the end of the transfer window but are hoping for an £80million fee.
Mikel Arteta sees the 21-year-old international as a player who can compete with midfield duo Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey.
The player has been a big part of Brighton’s impressive campaign at the heart of midfield.
His performances have also attracted interest from Chelsea and Liverpool.
He has made 18 Premier League appearances so far this season, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
Caicedo also impressed at the World Cup in Qatar, even scoring one goal in his three appearances.

After Brighton’s FA Cup win over Liverpool on Sunday, manager Roberto De Zerbi urged him to persuade him to stay.
He told ITV: “Moises is a good guy.
“We will see what happens tomorrow and in the next few days.
“We hope he stays with us for the rest of the season but that’s a question for the club and Moises.
“Moises is a good guy. In life you can make mistakes. We will find the best solution for the club, for him and for us.”
The player is currently staying away from the club until the end of the transfer window as ordered by Brighton.
