Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham have all been credited with having an interest in the 25-year-old.
According to 90min, Torino’s sporting director Davide Vagnati has been sent to London to sell Bremer for a bargain price.
Vagnati will reportedly meet with representatives of the London trio, with Bremer on the agenda.
It is claimed that there is “provisional” interest from the Premier League – but that Inter Milan are the most likely suitors.
Arsenal are prioritizing a move for Lisandro Martinez from Ajax – despite facing competition from Manchester United.
Chelsea, on the other hand, prefer Jules Kounde, Matthijs de Ligt and Kalidou Koulibaly as they aim to replace Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
Spurs have reportedly agreed a loan deal for France international defender Clement Lenglet with Barcelona.
The 27-year-old is expected to be on loan for a season and will become Tottenham’s fifth summer signing after Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster, Yves Bissouma and Richarlison.
